This family decided to build their dream home in Rockrimmon, so they reached out to me to help sell the first home they ever purchased. The house was a fixer upper when they purchased it, but over the years they put in sweat equity and made it absolutely stunning. After having the home cleaned, staged and captured, we went on the market, received multiple offers and were under contract in three days. While under contract, the Buyer’s inspector ran into numerous issues that we feared would kill the purchase. Thankfully, I was able to assist the family in resolving major issues and finding a win-win resolution for both parties.
