  • The family PCS’d to Kansas and decided to sell their home. I was lucky enough to get to help them prep, list and sell the home for top dollar. I suggested they paint the interior of their home and have the hardwood floors refinished. They utilized our unique Realvitalize program, which allowed them to keep cash in their pocket and have our brokerage cover the costs of these improvements upfront. Refreshing the home prior to listing helped ensure we would make a great impression with potential buyers.

    They handed me the keys and I managed the whole project start to finish. After going Active on the market, we sold for full price after just 3 days on market.

  • I often get to work with Military service members and veterans, and in this situation, I got to help a young couple buy their first home through a lesser-known house hack called mortgage assumption. At the time, rates were elevated, as high as 6-7%, but through a VA mortgage assumption, these buyers were able to secure a 2.25% interest rate and save oodles of money on their mortgage. It took 90 days to close the loan, but in that time my knowledge of property management and leasing came in clutch as I was able to negotiate a lease for my client so they could occupy the home in advance of closing while they waited to close on their home.

  • Listed at $635,000 and Sold for $660,000.

  • The family decided to build their dream home in Rockrimmon, so they reached out to me to help sell the first home they ever purchased in Pulpit Rock. The house was a fixer upper when they purchased it, but over the years they put in sweat equity and made it absolutely stunning. After having the home cleaned, staged and captured, we went on the market, received multiple offers and were under contract in three days. While under contract, the Buyer’s inspector ran into numerous issues that we feared would kill the purchase. Thankfully, I was able to assist the family in resolving major issues and finding a win-win resolution for both parties.
