  • This couple decided to sell their home of 16 years to make a move closer to out-of-state grandchildren. I was fortunate to get to work with them as they are simply the coolest.

    It can be difficult to move away from a home that has so many memories, but we came up with a plan to make improvements to the home, which included painting and stucco repair, I helped coordinate the contractors to ensure we’d get the home looking just right for photos and video.

    After cleaning, staging and capturing the home in its best light, we went under contract after just three days on market.

  • Listed at $400,000 and Sold for $410,000.

  • The family PCS’d to Kansas and decided to sell their home. I was lucky enough to get to help them prep, list and sell the home for top dollar. I suggested they paint the interior of their home and have the hardwood floors refinished. They utilized our unique Realvitalize program, which allowed them to keep cash in their pocket and have our brokerage cover the costs of these improvements upfront. Refreshing the home prior to listing helped ensure we would make a great impression with potential buyers.
